I am happy to restring (elastic) bracelets free of charge, providing all the beads are returned to me. There will be an additional cost if I need to replace gemstone beads, sterling silver accents, beads and charms.

Please note that you are responsible for all postal charges. I always recommend that you send your item via Royal Mail 1 st / 2 nd signed for - tracked post.

Please allow 2 weeks for your items to be repaired and returned to you.
