Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-10 business days to process your order depending on item. This is in addition to shipping. Please note all orders are hand made to order and this is the time I need to prepare an order.

SHIPPING: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which has a delivery time between 2-5 working days. Once posted, you will receive a tracking number and a shipping confirmation email / text (providing you have sent me correct email & mobile details).

I can send orders out Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special Delivery at an additional charge. Please get in contact with me on Rockcirclejewellery@outlook.com to discuss.

PLEASE NOTE:

·         It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please message me immediately should the address needs to be changed BEFORE package is sent out.

·         Rock Circle Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the delivery process.  I can only guarantee that your order will leave my office in time for delivery.

·         Please note that I am not able to ship to an BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO address.

·         Currently we are not shipping to Europe & Worldwide.
