Here are 5 simple steps that can help you create a powerful ritual will help you welcome February with clarity, motivation, and purpose.

Step 1: Reflect on the Past Month

Before you set any new intentions, you need to take a moment to acknowledge January—its wins, lessons, and challenges. Find a quiet space and light a  candle, play calming music, spritz your favourite room scent, get a delicious hot drink and grab your journal. Make your area inviting and relaxing and take time to reflect on the following:
